Denham Oaks Elementary ABC Assistance Application

At Denham Oaks Elementary we are able to help families in need through our program called The ABC Program (Assist, Care & Believe Program). With the help of donations made by private citizens, community organizations and School Board employees, our District are able to provide assistance with specific items such as school supplies, clothes, shoes, food and other emergency needs. If this is something you are in need of, please complete the form and return it to the front office.

Denham Oaks Elementary can ONLY assist your child(ren) that attends Denham Oaks. If they have a sibling(s) that attends a different school, you will need to contact that school to assist them.
